How to Become a Seller on Nipher

Nipher lets eligible individuals, D2C brands, and independent sellers apply to sell through a B2C multi-seller marketplace. This guide explains what to prepare and what happens at each onboarding step.

Before you start

Prepare your business identity, brand details, payout details, and required verification documents before opening the seller registration form.

  • Create or sign in to a Nipher customer account first.
  • Keep your legal business name, business type, address, PAN or GSTIN, and bank details ready.
  • Keep your brand name and product categories ready so the Brand Store can be reviewed clearly.

Registration steps

The seller form is split into business, brand, payout, verification, and final review sections so details can be checked before submission.

  • Business details identify the seller or business applying to sell.
  • Brand details define how the seller appears publicly on Nipher.
  • Payout details help Nipher send eligible settlement amounts after order completion.
  • Verification documents currently focus on PAN and Aadhaar where applicable, plus GST or business documents for registered businesses.

After submission

Submitted applications enter review. Nipher may approve the seller, reject the application, or request updated information if something is incomplete.

  • Watch the registered email and seller status messages for review updates.
  • Do not upload products publicly until the seller account is approved.
  • After approval, set the seller password and use the seller workspace for catalog, orders, payouts, and support.
