Delete a Nipher Account

Nipher account deletion is available only after login. This public page explains the steps, while the actual delete action remains inside authenticated account settings.

Delete account in the mobile app

Use the logged-in app settings to start deletion from the same account you want removed.

  • Open the Nipher mobile app and sign in.
  • Go to Settings or Profile, then open Security.
  • Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Delete account on the website

Website users can start deletion from account settings after signing in.

  • Sign in at nipher.in.
  • Open account settings or security settings.
  • Use the Delete Account option and complete the required confirmation.

After a deletion request

A valid request can disable the account and schedule permanent deletion, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, and operational record requirements.

  • Some order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or support records may be retained where required.
  • Contact support quickly if the request was made by mistake.
  • Deletion does not automatically cancel legal or operational records already required for completed transactions.
